Ability to control the Orphaned Item Strategy from Jenkinsfile

      The Orphaned Item Strategy setting in Github Organization projects is globally set for all branches/repos inside the organization. Some of our users want each repo to have different customer settings.

      It would be great to be able to control the strategy from the Jenskinsfile.

      This has already been requested in JENKINS-35251 and JENKINS-33819. The latter has been resolved with an API to set the strategy at the repo/branch level. The strategy is passed down from the Organization Folder to the repositories folders.

          Probably will not be fixed. No clear place to put configuration like this. Job DSL plugin would be more appropriate.
