It would be critical for my team to have a configuration - via a parameter or an ENV variable - that makes it so that the junit plugin reports success and the build would not fail if all the failing tests have an associated JIRA issue.
I'm not sure it's possible, but this pattern is very useful for continuous integration that involves a lot of E2E tests and big teams.
