As discussed we should make a alpha release and blog about the new personalised dashboard.

We will need a:

• Build of Blue Ocean released to the experimental update center
• Video demo of personalisation (~2 mins)
• Small blog (paragraph or two) about personalisation and where we are heading with it (good to talk about JENKINS-36377)
• Publish the blog (instructions at https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins.io) and collect rare "Tyler Bucks" cc rtyler
