For some time, there will be extensions available on classic which are not available in blue ocean.
eventually we can enumerate and "shame" these missing extensions, but initially it would make more sense to have a consistent link to the equivalent page in classic (where there is an equivalent) so people can easily access features that are only visible in classic.
