In Scope
- Running items on the activity have a stop button
- Clicking stop will disable the stop icon
- Toast will appear to say that it is stopping the build "Run is stopping..."
- Toast text changes when the build is stopped to "Run has been stopped" then disappears
- Hide this action if the developer does not have permission to use it
