In Scope

• Running items on the activity have a stop button
• Clicking stop will disable the stop icon
• Toast will appear to say that it is stopping the build "Run is stopping..."
• Toast text changes when the build is stopped to "Run has been stopped" then disappears
• Hide this action if the developer does not have permission to use it
