Opening the result modal should open over the existing content

    Description

      This is now a lot stranger when we can open the result modal from the dashboard https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=en3-dHmeVh4&feature=youtu.be

      What occurs
      On opening:
      1. Click on the card to open the modal
      2. Modal starts opening
      3. The summary tabs are shown
      4. Modal content is shown

      When it is closed we flash right back to the dashboard.

      what should happen
      1. Click on the card
      2. Modal is shown over the existing content (dashboard)

      • There is no reloading the background content on open/close.

            kzantow this problem has been a bit more critical since we introduced personalisation. Could you please tackle it after pagination?

            kzantow would be good if we can bump the priority of this one to unblock sophistifunk (he's going to refactor a bunch of stuff)
