Build URL not using correct hudson port

      We're running Hudson on port 81. The twitter plugin includes the build URL but
      the port is wrong (it's using port 80). There are workarounds (for example,
      change the port manually) but that get's annoying.

      I doubt it'll be helpful, but our twitter account is faa_ifp
      (http://twitter.com/faa_ifp).
