When logged in to ci.blueocean.io, loading the dashboard takes many times longer than not logged in (the volume of data does not seem huge though).

Steps to reproduce:

1) go to ci.blueocean.io, ensure not logged in
2) time how long it takes to see main dashboard when you click "try blue ocean"
3) repeat above when logged in.

Is there some calculation server side that is very expensive when the user is logged in?
