Automatically configured webhooks should include pull requests

      Right now when you configure the GitHub Organization Folder, it can create an organization-wide webhook, but it only enables "Push" and "Repository"

      By default, IMHO, it should also enable the "Pull Request" webhook so pull requests are automatically included out of the box
