hyperlinks in build description do not work

      Hyperlinks in build description under build description are shown as simple string and are not clickable anymore.

      In a job's "Edit Build Description", enter following string
      <a href="http://jenkins-ci.org">http://jenkins-ci.org.</a>
      and Save.
      It should have been displayed as a hyperlink but its displayed just as a string in the build description.
