Allow to define multiple Disk Pools in Node config

      Currently there can be defined only one Disk Pool in the Node config.
      Allow the user to define multiple Disk Pools in the Node config.
      Also, allow the user to define multiple Disk Pools in the External Workspace Templates (from Jenkins global config)
