As a consumer of StatusAndTiming APIs, it's annoying (and nonperformant) to have to call both status and timing classses (as well as fetching ErrorAction/LogAction/etc). Why not provide a single API that returns a composite, for:

• Single chunks/node runs
• Branches of parallels
