Hi,
I have installed Jira issue updater plugin(1.18) in our jenkins server along with jira plugin 2.2.1.
While building, even if all the issues are getting updated but the build console log still throws below error.
04:33:36 Could not update status for issue: BAAS-131 (204)
04:33:37 Updating BAAS-130 task 1
Jenkin version 2.7 . Jira version 7.1.7
[JENKINS-37679] Jira issue updater plugin throws (204) response code

Where as it is actually updating all the issues in our project BAAS.

Where as it is actually updating all the issues in our project BAAS. 
Can we have any updates on this please?
This is a real pain for us now. No issue shows up in the jenkins build where as i checked all the issues which are affected as part of build.
I guess this is the issue with both jira and jira issue updater plugin.
