Regression: Github organisation folder is show as a Pipeline on dashboard

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Add a new Github organisation folder using the {{cloudbeers} github organization
      2. Wait for org scanning to finish
      3. Browse to the blue ocean dashboard
      4. You should see "jenkins/cloudbeers" reported on the dashboard. This should be hidden.
