If a build using ClearCase as SCM step is canceled during generating the view, the view is irreparably damaged afterwards. Restarting the build fails always until a ClearCase administrator deletes the view manually.

The ClearCase plug-in is configured to use a snapshot view and the "Use update" flag is not set.
