Job Import fail with HTTP 403

      I am trying to import jenkins job from an instance running on
      Jenkins 1.651 running on Ubuntu OS
      to
      Jenkins 2.7.2 running on windows 10
      The import job fail with error message
      DataIntegrity FAILED - Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: http://jenkins.hyd.mangstor.com:8080/job/DataIntegrity//config.xml

      Please let me know how to fix the issue
      Even the import job failed from
      Ubuntu instance to another ubuntu instance

          You need to provide user/password information so it's not a defect. Don't hesitate to open a new Jira if you have already provided and still not working.

          But in my case when i click on import job wizard, User name and password fields are blank and i am querying and trying to import the job.

          If i give Username and Password the query command does not show any jobs.
