Allow exclusions to be configured at the template level

      it would be great to be able to configure the exclusions a child template should use from the parent itself.

      for example, right now i have to manually exclude the scm section for every project i create.

          Agreed, it's not a new problem for me. If you need to change an exclusion suddenly you have to do it across all projects which defeats the point of the template.
          It's a very significant change though to force children to all use the same exclusions.

          ok - i'm basically looking to use a combination of this plugin and the rest api to programmatically create jobs, so while not ideal, for now i can just manipulate the xml of the job template before i resubmit it to create a new job.
