please allow build job:name to have console output in blueocean pipeline view

      When a Jenkinsfile / pipeline launches a new job, the console output from those jobs are not visible in the stage/step. This makes it unlike all the other types of stages/steps. Please support it, thanks!

          vivek michaelneale could we proxy in this via our REST API? e.g. the /log for step that allows you to run and wait for another job to complete is just the other jobs full log?
