What issue types do you have defined in JIRA?
Can you check the names and IDs that get returned from REST API?

            Hello warden,
Please find attached file which contain all the name and IDs for issues types defined in JIRA. I downloaded that using Rest API. JFYI I have not added any custom issue type into JIRA. These all are predefined into my JIRA.

            data.json

            Thanks! Yup, that's definitely JENKINS-31164.

Is there any temporary fix for the issue?
