Flaky reports do not appear when in a maven project

      Flaky test plugin 1.0.4
      Jenkins 2.7

      In a maven project, when trying to configure the plugin and set the /publish junit flaky stats/ , the stats are always empty.
      When doing the exact same thing in a freestyle project we gt the correct results.
