Add support to mark jobs as disabled on import

      For supported job types (extending http://javadoc.jenkins-ci.org/hudson/model/AbstractProject.html).

      Maybe a tickbox or something, so when selecting a job, I can tick (mark as disabled).

          The disable on import feature was lost when Folder import feature was merged. Please see
