Environment:Jenkins Vers 2.21, GitHub Authentication plugin 0.2, Ubuntu 14.04
Hello,
I created GitHub Application and set Global GitHub oAuth Setting as suggested in oAuth wiki. (GitHub Web URI - https://github.com, API URI - https://api.github.com, OAuth Scopes - read:org, user, repo)
And in GitHub Authorization Settings, checked "Use GitHub repository permissions" and "Grant READ permissions to all Authenticated Users". Then, created a Multibranch pipeline project and point it to a GitHub repository. (In Branch sources set Project Repository to the GIT URL)
Now I expect all the users who are team members/collaborators with write permission on this repository should have BUILD and CONFIGURE rights.
But this is not happening. In org.jenkinsci.plugins finest logs, I see that Jenkins only give read permission to multi-pipeline projects.
However, for a free style project which is also accessing the same GIT repository Jenkins correctly gives BUILD and CONFIGURE rights! (The difference is that in free style project, git URL is explicitly given, but in Multi pipeline repository is configured in Branch sources config)
Please comment. I have created an issue for the first time, so if it is not clear please ask.
Thanks,
Regards,
