Delivery Pipeline Plugin momentarily displays "Error: Could not find project: <project name> over and over again while viewing the Delivery Pipeline Plugin view

      When viewing a particular configured pipeline view, the Could not find project error appears over and over again for brief periods of time. Screenshots attached. Happening on OS X 10.11.6, Chrome version 52.0.2743.116
