Bitbucket has the concept of "merged" branches. Branches transition from "Active" to "Merged" once the PR is merged and you check "Close my-feature-2 after the pull request is merged" the branch is no more visible in the UI, but Jenkins still shows it.

The branch should be removed by the indexing process once it's not visible in Bitbucket UI.
