Using ec2-plugin when slaves are disconnected (stopped and not terminated) after idle time, there might be lots of slaves which are disconnected but still in the list of slaves.
Once there is restart to Jenkins master (for some reason...) ALL disconnected slaves being connected again, which might cause unexpected cost in AWS account
