Jenkins can't visit update-center

      centos 6.6

      1.When i install jenkins on my computer, it can't visit update-center.
      2.In the steup of installing plugins, it says the Jenkins instance appears to be offline.
      3.when i change the hudson.model.UpdateCenter.xml ,use other url ,but it does not work yet.
      so ,How can i get it work ? HELP!!!HELP!!!HELP!!!
