I am not sure whether we never saw that issue or if something has changed in the way merge request events are triggering the webhook but in our current setup a new jenkins build is triggered everytime the assignee of a merge request has changed. This causes scheduling a lot of builds making it nearly impossible for the slaves to process them within a day.

Can you please fix that? This makes the whole integration nearly unusable.
