The automated cleanup of workspaces should be optional - that is, it should be
possible to configure Hudson to not clean up workspaces automatically. We have
a use case where we don't want our slave workspaces to ever be deleted unless we
do so manually. I'm not sure whether this should be configurable on a
per-project or global basis, though.
