When looking at a failure in the Blue Ocean detail, accidentally clicking a line puts a little tag on the URL such as: #step-16-log-169 that doesn't seem to do anything.

When you attempt to collapse the step-block (basically go from v to > on the list of steps) it "re-unrolls" the step-block but doesn't actually collapse it.
