Unloading of styles makes favourites look really bad

    Description

This has been mentioned before, but there are times when the dashboard looks quite bad briefly if/when the styles for personalisation have been unloaded and have to be reapplied.

You can almost see this here: https://media.giphy.com/media/3o7TKHCeSLQY6WLp96/giphy.gif

Ideally styles wouldn't be unloaded like this (but there may be other solutions).
