API to enumerate available credentials

      For the creation experience we know we will want to offer the user a list of existing credentials

      In Scope:

      • Provide a list of available credentials and their type/info
      • User will then chose and the name/id of the credential will be used for the creation api

      Out of scope:

      • Showing what credentials contain
      • Creation of new credentials
