JDL <button> text is not centered vertically on IE

      The button text is positioned slightly toward the top ... line height or something is wrong. E.g. the "Run" button.

          Appears to be a core issue with Lato font itself. Putting this on hold until (if?) we get an answer from Lato team.

          IE11 is going to be EOL'd this year so I don't think this is important unless it breaks functionality.
