namespaces don't seem to be created

      the plugin does not create the namespace i specify in the configuration. when i go to the kubes dashboard, it does not appear in the dropdown and it does not appear when i run the associated kubectl command.

      the documentation doesn't say anything about this, so i'm not sure if this is an actual bug or if it's my responsibility to create the namespaces in the cluster upfront.
