Context: JENKINS-39136

When a view contains items of only a single type, the Job Column should use a sensible name as the column header rather than using the generic "Name" header.

Thus if a view only contains Items with the Pronoun "Pull request" then instead of having the title "Name" it would have the title "Pull request"

This will involve introducing a new equivalent to Pronoun as we do not want "Item" as the header when every Item is returning the pronoun "Item"
