I'd like to see that Mailer Plugin supports OpenPGP.

Signing:
E-Mails sent by Mailer plugin get signed and the receiver can verify that the mail really comes from Jenkins.

Encrypting:
This may be a little bit complicated. As an idea a user could upload his public key to his user account and if one is available, emails sent to him get encrypted.
