This is with the parameterized trigger plugin version 2.31.

If you have a job where the "Trigger build without parameters" checkbox is checked in the configuration, and you view this configuration in Google Chromium, and right-click on the browser tab and choose "Duplicate" from the right-click menu, the aforementioned checkbox is unchecked in the new tab.

I am not sure if this is a Chromium bug or a bug in the Jenkins plugin.
