Cannot right click to open results from activity, branches, PR tab

      It is not possible to right-click (or Command-click) and open in a new tab any of the results listed in the activity, branches or PR tabs.

          Yes - that is a correct characterisation of the limitation.

          I think the cause is that BlueOcean is not using <a> elements - but is acting on a click at the <tr> level.

          I use "Command" click a lot to open new tabs - and under BlueOcean this is ignored - the tab is transitioned to the new URL rather than opening a new tab.
