Option under "Manage Jenkins" to disable "Enable Sauce Connect" checkbox in job configs

      It would be nice if there was an option under "Manage Jenkins" that would allow a Jenkins administrator to disable the "Enable Sauce Connect" checkbox for all job configurations on the system. This would help an admin prevent users inadvertently enabling that option if the use of Sauce Connect is not desirable.
