One of our build steps changes the name of the job to the version number of the build. In the screenshot, for example, the build name changes from "#33" to "0.9.181". When this happens, the pipeline stage view creates a new swim lane with the new name and leaves the old swim lane unchanged. Refreshing the page removes the old swim lane.
