Gatling report trends: add total duration

      In some case, the average duration is not relevant enough (e.g. when there is a variation in the number of redirections), so it would be very usefull to have the total duration trend.

          The plugin is open source, contributions are welcomed.

          In the meantime, there certainly exists a plugin which can display the duration of a build step.
