m2 extras does not respect private repository

      Description

If the 'private repository' flag is checked, the m2-extra-steps does not use it.
This makes m2-extra-steps unhelpful in working past the fact that

      mvn clean install site site:deploy

won't work on one command line.

The plugin can't actually determine whether the m2 project itself is set to use
a private repository. That said, you can configure post-build steps to use the
          project's private repository by adding
"maven.repo.local=${WORKSPACE}/.repository" to the Properties field in the
          post-build Maven step's configuration.

How about an enhancement request to hudson to advertise that flag so the plugin
          could see it?
