Hello,

When I uninstall blueOcean plugin, it removes scriptler dependency that is still used by active choice parameter plugin. I cannot re-install scriptler plugin (which is used at startup).

Steps to reproduce :

• Make a fresh Jenkins 2 install
• Install active choices plugin
• Create a job and use it
• Install blue ocean and use it
• Remove blue ocean via the plugin manager
• restart : the job with active parameters displays errors in its configuration page.
• The plugin manager complains about missing scriptler plugin
