Plugin produces broken links

      1. Run Jenkins with a non-standard context path (e.g. --prefix=/builds)
      2. Install Disk Usage plugin
      3. Open project page
      4. Notice that images associated with the Disk Usage plugin are pointing to "/plugin/disk-usage/icons/directory16.png" ignoring the context-path

      Expected behavior: links should be relative to "/builds/plugin/disk-usage/etc"
