The Pipeline stage view has individual cells for each stage, but colors all stages the color of the build result at the end of the build. This makes it very confusing to figure out at which stage the build became unstable/failed, and is rather deceptive as it appears to always have done so at the first step.

Please see "current" and "proposed" attachments for a suggestion about how this could be improved to make debugging much easier and be less deceptive. This would really be awesome!
