Allow Sequential Exection of Jobs in phase of MultiJob

      I would like to have the ability to force Jobs within a Jobphase to run Sequentially.

      EX:
      PHASE1 = JOB-A then JOB-B, then JOB-C
      PHASE2 = JOB-A then JOB-B, then JOB-C

      Running Phase 1 and 2 at the same time. Would also be nice to spawn a Phase 3 after Job 1 / 2 completed all within the same "multiphase" job.
