REGRESSION: incorrect capitalisation and stop button not visible in running build due to i18n

      If you run a build, there is no visible stop button anymore, just some squished lines.

      To reproduce: run a build, follow along.

      Also "pipeline" and "administration" on the dashboard should be proper cased.

      Also note that there is debug code still around "2jenkins-js-extension.js:19427 arrr New Pipeline" - which seems due to i18n change as well (just FYI)
