Jenkins Slave Agent throws "Read timed out" and "String index out of range: -1"

      Slave on Windows 2012r2, call client agent tried with java 1.7.0_25-b17 and 1.8.0_91-b15;
      Jenkins Version: jenkins-war:1.651.3 running as a service with Java 1.6.0_29-b11 on Windows Server 2008

      Found this issue while setup of a new Node Windows2012r2.
      Agent cannot connect to the Jenkins Master.
      Master throws these Exceptions (pls. see Attachments).
      Remoting.jar could been downloaded and executed.

      + Tried with diffrent JRs.
      + Checked firewall on both sides
      + Tried with Global Security on and off
      + Called Agent from command line directly
