After update we have the problem after update jenkins version, we do not fetch any updates for plugins!
Jenkins -> Plugin Manager -> Updates shows "no available". On "advanced" we have set up our proxy settings including exception "*.dpa.com" for our domain.

Further more we have the issue, that on the Jenkins -> configuration Page setup "Artifactory" the test to our "maven.dpa.com" fails! When we delete the proxy settings complete, it works.

So we think there is something wrong with the consideration of the proxy settings.
