Masked Passwords are shown while rebuild.

      1. I have configured global parameters for masking passwords. Plugin: Mask Passwords Plugin
      2. I have created job and enable mask password
      3. I have created build with a password parameter in it.

      when I type the password it is masked,
      when i click on a build I can see : "You really think you can access this value?"
      when i click on rebuild I can see the password in clear in a plaintext input.
