ErrorImpossible to connect to IRC server

      When I save IRC configuration got the error message "ErrorImpossible to connect
      to IRC server" and unable to use IRC plug-in

      Also, I can't find any log details in the server log for IRC connection issue.

      I tried on Hudson version 1.309 and IRC plug-in version 1.7
